Instructions:

Coarsely grate carrots, apples and pumpkin flesh on vegetable slicer and mix well. Stir yogurt and lemon juice until smooth, season with salt and pepper and mix into the vegetable shavings. Coarsely chop the pecans and toast them in a dry pan. Sprinkle over the salad.
