Instructions:

Cook the custard powder with milk (1) and sugar (1) according to instructions and pour into a suitable bowl. Remove the peel from the apples and finely dice them. Stir into the pudding and cool a little. Stir through the curd (1), egg, sugar (2), 1 pinch of salt and the baking flavoring. gradually fold in the milk (2), oil and half of the flour. Mix the remaining flour with the baking powder and knead in.

Roll out dough on floured surface 40×30 cm. Stir the curd (2) into the pudding, spread on the dough. Roll up dough tightly from the long side. Cut into 16 slices with a serrated knife.

Place cut side up on a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with almond slivers and hail sugar. Bake in the oven at 200 °C on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 35-40 minutes.
