For the turkey-pumpkin-potato pan, first cut the meat into thin strips. In a bowl, mix meat with oil, salt, pepper and paprika and let sit for a few hours.

Peel and dice the potatoes and pumpkin. Finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a skillet and sear turkey strips vigorously on both sides. Remove from pan and sauté onion and garlic in the drippings. Add the potatoes and sauté. Pour in the soup and simmer, covered, for a few minutes.

In the meantime, coarsely crumble the feta cheese with your fingers. Salt and pepper the pumpkin pieces and add to the pan. Saute for about 15 minutes until soft, add the turkey pieces and feta cheese.

Mix everything well, stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper and serve turkey-pumpkin-potato pan.
