Instructions:

For the spring salad with shrimp, first mix all the ingredients together for the dressing. This is best done in a jam jar. Then simply shake the jar well.

Pluck lettuce or herbs into coarse pieces, wash well and pat dry. Coarsely chop the nuts. Cut radishes into thin slices, cubes or wedges.

Place a baking tray in the oven and heat at 200 °C for about 10 minutes. Put the shrimps on the hot baking tray, mix with the olive oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, remove from the oven and season with parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the cheese so that it melts slightly. Add the peas.

Pour the dressing into a bowl and mix well with the lettuce. Arrange on a plate and top with the shrimp, cheese and peas. Garnish spring salad with shrimp with colorful flowers.
