Instructions:

Heat clarified butter in a pan, add bacon cubes, roast until half crisp. Add pork and fry. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and flour, mix and fry briefly.

Add mushrooms together with marjoram, onion and garlic, steam.

Extinguish with white wine, do not boil completely. Add gravy, simmer on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Stir in coffee cream, bring to a boil briefly and serve.

Serve with: Pasta, long grain rice, potatoes, vegetables.
