For the potato-vegetable soup, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, cut the leek into fine rings, peel the carrot and cut into cubes.

Heat the olive oil and sauté the vegetables (except the peas) in it, pour in the soup and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the cremefine and peas. Season the potato and vegetable soup with salt and pepper.
