Instructions:

For the gorgonzola pasta, first remove any rind from gorgonzola and dice. Cut sage leaves into strips. Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.

Add cream, sage and Gorgonzola and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

At the same time, cook the pasta (super look colorful) in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve the Gorgonzola pasta.
