For the cheesecake, prepare the base first. For the base, put the butter cookies in a bag and run over them with the rolling pin until all the cookies are broken.
Mix them with melted butter and vanilla sugar and put them in the baking pan. Mix all the other ingredients together and stir well.
Then add these to the baking pan as well. Bake the whole thing at about 150 degrees for an hour. Let cool and enjoy.
