For the spicy spare ribs, rinse the meat and pat dry.
Mix a marinade of chili oil, cayenne pepper, Tabasco, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Place the spareribs in the marinade and let them marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Then remove too much marinade from the spareribs. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the spareribs on the grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes. Turn over again and again.
